I'm finally discharged! Ever since the last entry, nor the Doc or the Urologist drop by. "Fly my aeroplane!" god dammit. I thought I was sentenced to life sentence due to snoring too loud or something. Great, after they suck my blood dry, they left me to rot. :'(

Then this morning doc finally drop by and told me the great news, "you will be discharge today, but you would need to return 3 months later, then we decide if you will go under the knife." Great! Finally! I packed my bags and completed all formality and headed to the taxi stand, not before dropping by the nurses' station to thank them for all they had done throughout my stay. Got some mix emotions right there, I kinda enjoy their company :) great bunch of people!

Anyway I am just glad that this episode is drawing to an end. Got back home and paid my bills and rush down to had dinner with Fun Jie. Feel really good to be able to run about again, although I can still occasionally feel the pain. Well, lets hope it will go away these couple of days and I can't wait to resume my workout that I've left off for a year now! I've learn my lesson, live a healthier lifestyle from now onwards!

Finally I am well enough to get online! Things have been a roller costar for me for the past 1 week. Pain, more pain, then less pain, aches, then more aches, then less aches, poked for blood (do I look like a freaking needlesack!!) everyday, xrays, ultrasounds, IV drips, man, if they continue exposing me to those radiation, i am afraid that I might turned into the HULK or something.

Anyway just to update, I am currently blogging from my ward in SGH, all thanks to the wonderful, Wireless SG! The connection is a little slow though but for simple blogging it will do :)
Its my fourth day here already and I think I am feeling more at  ease now. The anxiety and fear that I had when I was first admitted are now gone and I am dying to get out of here! Doc said that the urologist will be making his visit soon and hopefully he can give me a date and fix me up!

Really would like to thank all who had visited me during my stay here and I promise I will get better real soon! Although I know that my health will never be the same again (most likely need continuous monitoring and medication) but I will try my best to live healthier this time and not work so hard anymore!

Feeling kinda sleepy already, must be the medication, I will try to come online and post more updates. Once again thank you all so much!! Your support and encouragement really made a difference! Hugz!!

Was feeling kinda bored at work today so decided to just cook something up. Mainly just a random experiment with Yahoo Maps! and Flash CS3 compiled against the AIR runtime. I hope AIR will be released as a full version soon. The beta version is already showing so much potential!

My first livejournal post and guess what, its gonna be about HLSL!!!! :) After reading about implementing cell shading with HLSL, it doesn't seem that hard at all. So I went off and started giving it a shot.

Half an hour past and I still can't get it right 0_0". Although I did get the abrupt lighting effect expected from cell shading, but the color doesn't interpolate that well on my mesh. What the heck I thought, I will just move the lighting equation to the pixel shader instead and see how it goes. Presto! It turned out to be perfect and now I have a Cell Shaded teapot mesh!
